Heavenly Ambrosia in a Cloud

Mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows and coconut are spooned into a whipped topping-lined bowl for a divine dessert.

Heavenly Ambrosia in a Cloud


  • 1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 3 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
  • 2 cups Baker's Angel Flake Coconut


  1. Spread Cool Whip onto bottom and up side of a 2 1/2 quart serving bowl.
  2. Fill with combined remaining ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.


Substitute: Prepare using Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping.

Classic Ambrosia: Instead of spreading Cool Whip onto inside of bowl, gently stir Cool Whip into fruit mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir before serving.

Special Extra: Top with 1/4 cup toasted Planters Sliced Almonds just before serving.
