Island Banana Bake
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rum
- 3 tablespoons Half-and-Half
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, rum, Half-and-Half and cinnamon.
- Slice 2 1/2 bananas into a 1 quart casserole.
- Dot with margarine.
- Spread with one-half of the cheese mixture.
- Slice another 2 1/2 bananas and put into the casserole.
- Spread again with cheese mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.
