Island Banana Bake
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rum
3 tablespoons half-and-half
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, rum, half-and-half and cinnamon.
Slice 2 1/2 bananas into a 1-quart casserole.
Dot with margarine.
Spread with one-half of the cheese mixture.
Slice another 2 1/2 bananas and put into the casserole.
Spread again with cheese mixture.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.
