Raspberry-Filled Ladyfingers


  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 dozen ladyfingers
  • Confectioners' sugar


  1. Combine cream cheese and raspberry jam, blending thoroughly.
  2. Split ladyfingers lengthwise; spread bottom halves with jam mixture.
  3. Replace tops, then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
