Creamy Blueberry Bread Pudding
This bread pudding really lives up to its name. It is creamy and delicious!

Ingredients
Pudding
- 1 Loaf Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough, baked following instructions
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 (10 to 12 ounce) package white baking chips
Sauce
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 (10 to 12 ounce) package white baking chips
Instructions
- Cut cooled bread into 1 inch cubes.
- In a large bowl beat eggs.
- Add cream, sugar and vanilla extract and blend.
- Fold in blueberries and baking chips.
- Add mixture to bread cubes and fold until cubes are evenly coated.
- Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Let sit 15-30 minutes while bread soaks up mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F 50 to 60 minutes (cover with foil last 15 minutes if necessary to prevent over browning).
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
- Top with sauce to serve.
- To make sauce, heat whipping cream until just starting to boil and pour over chips. Stir until smooth and all chips are melted.
- Serve over warm pudding.
