Menehune Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
  • 4 slices white or whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple.
  3. Mix in bread.
  4. Pour into the prepared casserole.
  5. Bake for one hour.
