Menehune Pineapple Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
- 4 slices white or whole wheat bread
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple.
- Mix in bread.
- Pour into the prepared casserole.
- Bake for one hour.
