Twinkie Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 24 Twinkies, cut into thirds
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate morsels

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating.
  2. Place cut Twinkies in large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, blend together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt; blend well.
  4. Stir in chocolate morsels.
  5. Pour milk mixture over Twinkies, and stir gently to coat.
  6. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Spoon Twinkie mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
