Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients and save 1/2 cup for topping. Spread in dessert bowls or 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Filling: Mix together first four ingredients and beat well.
  3. Add Cool Whip and beat a little more. Spread over crumbs.
  4. Top with leftover crumbs.
  5. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  6. Freeze and serve frozen.
