Klondike Freeze


  • 2 plain Klondike bars
  • 3 shots Creme de Menthe liqueur
  • 3 shots milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)


  1. Blend together chocolate-covered ice cream bars, liqueur and milk.
  2. Pour into four champagne glasses and freeze. This dessert will separate into three layers as it freezes.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
