Ritzy Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 60 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 small boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
- 1/2 gallon ice cream, softened
Instructions
- Put crackers into a blender to crush.
- Mix in melted butter.
- Put 3/4 of this mixture into a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
- Mix ice cream with dry pudding. Put on crumbs.
- Spread with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Chill in the refrigerator or freezer.
