Ritzy Ice Cream Dessert
60 Ritz crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
2 small boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
1/2 gallon ice cream, softened
Put crackers in blender to crush.
Mix in melted butter.
Put 3/4 of this into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Mix ice cream with dry pudding. Put on crumbs.
Spread with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Chill in the refrigerator or freezer.
