Ritzy Ice Cream Dessert



  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
  • 1/2 gallon ice cream, softened


  1. Put crackers in blender to crush.
  2. Mix in melted butter.
  3. Put 3/4 of this into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
  4. Mix ice cream with dry pudding. Put on crumbs.
  5. Spread with Cool Whip.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator or freezer.
