Strawberry Ice Cream Puffs

Ingredients

Filling

  • 8 to 10 cooled cream puffs
  • Ice cream
  • Strawberries
  • Whipped topping

Cream Puffs

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cream Puffs: Place butter and water in pan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add flour, all at once. Stir constantly, until it forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat each thoroughly.
  5. Drop onto baking sheet, 3-inches apart.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.
  7. Remove tops and hollow out centers.
  8. Fill with ice cream.
  9. Put tops back on.
  10. Spoon strawberries over and top with whipped topping.
