Cinnamon Apples


  • 4 tart apples, sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 pound red cinnamon candies


  1. Pare and slice apples into eighths.
  2. Combine sugar, water and candy to make syrup. Bring to a boil and, when sugar and candy are dissolved, add sliced apples. Cook until apples are soft.
