Icy Cantaloupe

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar; boil until thoroughly mixed. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cut cantaloupe into bite size pieces.
  3. Place in freezer containers.
  4. When syrup is completely cooled, pour over cantaloupe and freeze.
