White Chocolate Dipped Kiwi




  1. Pare kiwi; cut each crosswise into six 1/4-inch slices. Place on paper towel-lined tray.
  2. Chop white chocolate; place in small custard cup or bowl.
  3. Set custard cup in small saucepan with 1/2-inch water.
  4. Over medium heat, bring water just to boiling. Heat chocolate, stirring occasionally just until melted.
  5. Remove custard cup from water; let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Pat kiwi slices with paper towel.
  7. Dip each slice one at a time into chocolate, covering halfway. Let excess drip off.
  8. Place on wax paper-lined tray.
  9. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
  10. Place each dipped slice in a paper petit-four cup.
  11. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Yield: 2 1/2 dozen
