Creamy Lemon-Honey Gelatin recipe

Creamy Lemon-Honey Gelatin, made from yogurt, lemon Jell-O, honey and blueberries, for an unforgettable dessert.

Recipe Ingredients

Method

  1. Bring 1 container yogurt to boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  2. Add gelatin; stir with whisk for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  3. Add remaining yogurt and 1/4 cup honey; mix well.
  4. Pour into 10-cup gelatin mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Unmold gelatin onto plate.
  7. Drizzle with remaining honey just before serving; top with berries.

Prep Time 10 min.
Total Time 4 hr. 10 min.
16 servings, about 1/2 cup each

For Individual Servings: Prepare as directed, dividing gelatin mixture among 16 (4-oz.) custard cups or serving glasses before refrigerating. Unmold, if necessary. Continue as directed.

Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Gelatin.

For added crunch, serve topped with your favorite granola.
