Raspberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients

Jell-O Mixture

  • 2 (3 ounce) boxes Jell-O raspberry flavor gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 boxes frozen raspberries

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar

Topping

  • 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese, softened
  • 10 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

Jell-O Mixture

  1. Mix Jell-O and boiling water; add raspberries.
  2. Refrigerate until partially set.

Crust

  1. Mix pretzels, butter and sugar and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Bake for 6 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  3. Cool.

Topping

  1. Top with cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar mixture.
  2. Finish with Jell-O mixture.
  3. Refrigerate until set.
