Stained Glass Bars recipe

This is truly a show-stopping finger dessert. The colors and flavor choices are unlimited!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor fruit gelatin mix in separate bowls; stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Pour each flavor of gelatin into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold water; let stand for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in remaining boiling water.
  6. Add condensed milk; mix well. Cool slightly.
  7. Cut flavored gelatin into cubes.
  8. Randomly place cubes in 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Pour milk mixture over cubes; stir to evenly distribute gelatin cubes.
  10. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
