Bailey's Irish Cream Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Enough milk to bring to 1/2 gallon

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together.
  2. Freeze in ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Serve with fresh strawberries and brownies.
