Brandy Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1/4 pint milk
  • 5 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons brandy
  • 3 ounces unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Pour cream and milk into a bowl and beat together until softly stiff.
  2. Stir in sugar, vanilla extract, brandy and butter until smooth.
  3. Pour into a freezer container and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions until solid.
