Butterfinger Ice Cream

This is for a 1 1/2 gallon freezer.


  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • Milk (to fill freezer)
  • 4 king-size Butterfingers or 8 (11 ounce) size Butterfingers


  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients, then add the chopped or broken Butterfingers.
  2. Freeze in ice cream maker.
