Cherry Coke Ice Cream
- 2 cups cherry coke
- 1 dash salt
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
- Milk, as needed, to fill freezer
- Mix all of the ingredients together, except for the milk, and pour into a 4-
or 5-quart ice cream freezer.
- Add milk to reach the fill line.
- Freeze according to freezer manufacturer's instructions.
