Jell-O Ice Cream


  • 1 (3 ounce) box Jell-O, your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups ice cream or sherbet, any flavor


  1. Completely dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Add ice cream or sherbet by the spoonful, stirring until melted.
  3. Pour into individual dessert glasses or serving bowl.
  4. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
