Mud Ice Cream



  • 2 quarts half-and-half
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups chopped pecans


  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Pour mixture into a freezer and prepare according to the manufacturer's directions.
