No Churn Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form in large bowl.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, pecans or walnuts, butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or 2-quart container; cover. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
  5. Store in freezer.
