Peach Cheesecake Ice Cream




  1. In a large mixer bowl combine softened cream cheese and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium high speed till fluffy.
  2. Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually add whipping cream, milk, peach nectar or orange juice, lemon juice, vanilla extract and apple pie spice. Beat until ingredients are combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped peach.
  4. Freeze the ice-cream mixture in a 1- or 2-quart ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions.

Makes about 1 quart.
