Pumpkin Gelato

This creamy Pumpkin Gelato is spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Pumpkin Gelato

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the pumpkin puree, cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.

Yield: 12 servings
