Fruit-Flavored Sherbet

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve Kool-Aid and sugar in milk mixture (it may appear curdled).
  2. Pour into a shallow nonmetal container and freeze for about 2 hours or until partially firm.
  3. Spoon into a large chilled bowl and beat with and electric mixer on medium speed, until smooth but not melted.
  4. Freeze until firm.


Make about 6 servings.
