Blackberry Roly Poly




  1. Sift dry ingredients, cut in Crisco until mealy in appearance.
  2. Add egg and milk and blend.
  3. Toss onto floured board. Roll out like jellyroll, 8 x 12-inches.
  4. Spread berries over dough; sugar to taste.
  5. Dot with butter and roll.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
