Peach-Almond Turnovers
Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 (12 ounce) can almond filling
- 3 ripe peaches or nectarines
Instructions
- Thaw puff pastry sheets for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Roll pastry sheets out on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into 9 squares. Place a tablespoon
of the almond filling on one half of each turnover and place about 3 slices of fruit on top. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle.
- Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
