Peach-Almond Turnovers

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 (12 ounce) can almond filling
  • 3 ripe peaches or nectarines


  1. Thaw puff pastry sheets for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Roll pastry sheets out on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into 9 squares. Place a tablespoon of the almond filling on one half of each turnover and place about 3 slices of fruit on top. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle.
  3. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
