Instructions

  1. Put cold water into small bowl. Sprinkle on gelatine and let stand for 1 minute. Add sugar to gelatine mixture. Stir until gelatine dissolves. Pour boiling water into medium bowl. Stir in gelatine mixture.
  2. Combine milk, vanilla extract and almond extract. Stir milk mixture into gelatine mixture. Divide mixture among four serving dishes.
  3. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
  4. Pare and slice kiwis. Arrange kiwi slices and strawberries over each dessert.
