Caramel Apple Pudding


This is delicious served warm and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.



Caramel Sauce


  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, excluding the sauce ingredients. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients together until sugar and butter are melted. Pour the sauce over the pudding mixture.
  3. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Serves 4.
