Lemon Luscious

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• Juice and rind of 2 lemons
• 2 egg yolks (save whites)
• 1 cup milk

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients (except the egg whites) together.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture.
3. Bake in a buttered 8 inch square pan set in a pan of water at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
4. Serve warm or cold.
5. Serve topped with whipped cream, if desired.
