Peppermint Marshmallow Pudding




  1. Crush the vanilla wafers in blender to make extra fine crumbs. Set crumbs aside.
  2. Chop marshmallows in blender. Add the pecans to blender.
  3. Crush candy finely. Whip heavy cream into mixture. Combine well.
  4. Line a 7 x 10-inch pan with vanilla cookie crumbs, reserving some for later. Pour the marshmallow mixture over crumbs.
  5. Pour remaining crumbs over mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for several hours.

6-8 servings
