Pumpkin Custard


  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon browned butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, separated


  1. Combine all ingredients except egg whites and mix well.
  2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks and fold into pumpkin mixture. Spoon into greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
