Berry Dessert Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, partially thawed
  • Artificial sweetener equal to 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Angel food cake

Instructions

  1. Place milk, berries, sweetener and vanilla extract in a blender; cover and process until whipped.
  2. Serve over angel food cake.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups sauce
