Berry Mimosa Sauce

Serve over cake or ice cream. It is also good over French toast.


  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup dry champagne
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup raspberries or strawberries


  1. Combine orange juice and cornstarch in a medium saucepan; whisk until blended. Stir in champagne. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook 1 minute.
  2. Stir in honey and berries.
