Chocolate Crackle Sauce
This is the sauce that hardens when it touches ice cream.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 4 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet
- Melt butter over low heat. Add chopped pecans; cook, stirring constantly, until
light golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
- Serve warm over ice cream.
