Chocolate Crackle Sauce

This is the sauce that hardens when it touches ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over low heat. Add chopped pecans; cook, stirring constantly, until light golden brown. Remove from heat.
  2. Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Serve warm over ice cream.
