Chocolate Praline Sauce



  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans


  1. In saucepan over medium heat, bring cream, brown sugar and butter to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Serve warm.

Makes 3 cups.
