Cinnamon Basil Honey

This is good on waffles, French toast and vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dried cinnamon basil


  1. Heat the honey over low heat, then add the brandy.
  2. Place the cinnamon and cinnamon basil in a sterile jar and pour the honey over. Let mellow for 10 days.
