Hot Chocolate Sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

• 1/4 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
• 1 tablespoon sweet butter, chopped

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl with 1/4 cup hot water and place over a pan of hot water. Heat until the chocolate has melted/
2. Stir well, and serve hot or warm.
