Hot Mocha Ice Cream Sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips with corn syrup, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in milk, butter and instant coffee until well blended.
  3. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm over ice cream or other desserts.
  5. Refrigerate leftover sauce.
  6. Reheat before serving.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
