Raspberry Chocolate Chip Topping
Serve over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups crumbled chocolate chip cookies
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 to 5 teaspoons raspberry liqueur
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine crumbled cookie and pecans.
- Sprinkle mixture with liqueur and toss to coat.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
