Raspberry Chocolate Chip Topping

Serve over ice cream or frozen yogurt.

  • 2 cups crumbled chocolate chip cookies
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 to 5 teaspoons raspberry liqueur


  1. In small bowl, combine crumbled cookie and pecans.
  2. Sprinkle mixture with liqueur and toss to coat.
  3. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Yield: 3 cups
