Raspberry Sauce

When you need a simple dessert sauce, melt some spreadable fruit with lemon juice and almond extract. Drizzle mixture over cake, ice cream or fruit.

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup seedless raspberry spreadable fruit
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan combine raspberry spreadable fruit, lemon juice and almond extract. Cook and stir just until melted.
2. Cool slightly.
