Watermelon Sundae Topping


  • 1 cup cubed watermelon, seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the watermelon, honey and cinnamon; cover and process until chunky.
  2. Serve over ice cream.

Yield: 4 servings.
