This smoothie is low in fat yet flavorful. Frozen unsweetened strawberries and bananas provide the refreshing coolness and thicken the orange juice and yogurt mixture. Equal provides the sweetness.

*Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
