Chocolate Caramel S'Mores
Here's a great-tasting twist on the unforgettable campfire favorite that
you can make on your grill. If the coals are dying down, carefully remove the grill
grid to a fireproof surface so that you can hold the marshmallows closer to the

- 2 tablespoons

- 6 large marshmallows

- Prepare coals for grilling. Place 6 wafer cookies top down on plate. Spread 1
teaspoon caramel topping in center of each wafer to within about 1/4 inch of edge.
- Spear 1 to 2 marshmallows onto long wood-handled skewer.* Hold several inches
above coals 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden and very soft, turning
slowly. Push 1 marshmallow off into center of caramel. Top with plain wafer.
