Oven-Fried Chicken or Pork Chops


  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat dry milk
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves (1 pound) or pork chops


  1. Combine first four ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken or pork, one piece at a time, and shake to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.

Serves 4.
