Oven Fried Chicken
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves* (1 pound)
Instructions
- Combine the first four ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time, and shake to coat. Place in an 8 inch square baking pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
Notes
* Pork chops may be substituted for the chicken. Bake for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160 to 170 degrees F.
