Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves* (1 pound)

Instructions

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time, and shake to coat. Place in an 8 inch square baking pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.

Notes

* Pork chops may be substituted for the chicken. Bake for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160 to 170 degrees F.
