Fluffy 2 Step Easter Cheesecake


  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 ounces)
  • 16 jelly beans or other assorted small Easter candy (optional)


  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
  2. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  3. Garnish with candy if desired.

Yield:: 8 servings

Healthy Living: Save 60 calories and 8 grams of fat per serving by using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping and a reduced fat Graham cracker crust.
