Rice Krispies Easter Eggs

Ingredients

• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 2 cups Rice Krispies
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Mix together the sugar, peanut butter, Rice Krispies, oil and vanilla extract and mold into eggs.
2. Place on cookie sheet and freeze about 2 hours.
3. Dip into chocolate coating to which a small amount of oil or butter may be added.
4. Cool on wax paper.
