Pineapple Cream Pie
- 1 Graham cracker crust or pre-baked regular crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Beat in sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir in pineapple and pecans.
- Put into pie crust and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
